TCS101 thermal conductivity hydrogen purity sensor is a gas purity sensor designed using MEMS technology. It does not require a reference gas and has advantages such as a wide measurement range and flexible configuration. It adopts a constant temperature chamber design, which can ensure measurement accuracy at ambient temperatures (-20~50) C. Widely suitable for gas analysis, online monitoring, industrial process analysis and other applications.
